Euro Space Center, a promise of a space adventure to experience as a family
The Euro Space Center invites both children and adults to look up to the stars and take action. Located in the province of Luxembourg, along the E411, this theme park, unique in Europe, is entirely dedicated to space exploration. Here, the dream becomes a real experience: for a day, you step into the role of an astronaut and embark on a mission through an immersive, educational and truly playful journey. One question arises as soon as you arrive: do you have what it takes to be an astronaut?
Designed for families and accessible from 110 cm, the Spationaut Day offers a complete adventure, punctuated by 11 interactive activities, where scientific curiosity blends with thrilling sensations and team spirit.
Test yourself like a real astronaut
Everything begins in the Space Hub, where your abilities are put to the test. Agility, logic, precision, memory, visual acuity these challenges, developed in partnership with ESA, immediately immerse visitors in the atmosphere. You observe, reflect and compare results, always in a stimulating and supportive environment. Everyone finds their place, whatever their age or profile.
Then comes the physical training. This moment is often awaited with a mix of excitement and apprehension: the Space Rotor. This impressive centrifuge simulates the acceleration of a launch. At 3G, the body is pressed against the walls, the heart races, and for a few seconds you understand what astronauts feel at the moment of liftoff.
Walk on the Moon, explore Mars
The journey continues with a striking experience: discovering lunar and Martian gravity. Thanks to the Moon Walk and Mars Walk XP simulators, equipped with augmented reality, the body becomes light, almost floating. Every step is surprising, every movement amusing. The immersion is complete, and the smiles say it all.
The adventure continues aboard the Space Flight Unit, a dynamic flight simulator that takes you on a reconnaissance mission over the spectacular landscapes of Mars. Then, once landed on the red planet, it is time for exploration in the Mars Village. How do you install a base? How do you pilot a rover remotely? Visitors discover, test and learn while having fun.
LUNAR·X, a futuristic mission to experience as a team
The major new attraction marks one of the highlights of the day: LUNAR·X. This immersive lunar mission propels participants into a futuristic capsule. After choosing a role – life-support officer, robotics engineer, geologist – everyone takes part in a collective adventure inspired by real-life situations.
Oxygen failure, signal loss, critical decisions to make everything depends on cooperation, in a tense yet exhilarating atmosphere. This experience strengthens team spirit and leaves a lasting memory, both through its intensity and the quality of its immersion.
A scientific, joyful and memorable adventure
At the Euro Space Center, science is experienced with a smile. Sensations, wonder and discovery follow one another naturally, without ever losing sight of the educational dimension. Ontdek de Nacht van de Sterren, het grootse astronomiefeest voor het hele gezin in het Euro Space Center.
Iedereen, jong en oud, wordt in het Euro Space Center verwacht om een van de mooiste hemels van het jaar te observeren. In deze tijd van het jaar ontmoet de aarde een zwerm stof en kiezels van de komeet Swift-Tuttle. Het stof en de kiezels branden op als ze de atmosfeer binnenkomen met meer dan 200.000 km/u en vormen strepen aan de hemel met zoveel vallende sterren.
Op het programma
Lang voordat de lucht donker wordt en waarnemingen mogelijk zijn, biedt het Euro Space Center je activiteiten aan vanaf 15.00 uur. Vind thematische workshops voor jong en oud, conferenties, observatie van de zon en de sterren, becommentarieerde planetariumsessies en vele andere verrassingen om te ontdekken.

Neem alle observatie-uitrusting mee die je hebt (verrekijker, bril...) en ook warme kleren, dekens, zaklantaarns, ligstoelen...

Het Euro Space Center nodigt je uit in Transinne voor een uitzonderlijke Halloweenavond. Op het programma van deze Fééries Nocturnes staan artistieke optredens, interactieve workshops en animaties voor het hele gezin!
Nachtelijke animaties in Transinne
In tegenstelling tot de traditionele Halloweenfeesten biedt het Euro Space Center je een alternatief vol poëzie en ontdekkingen. Bij je aankomst word je door lichtjongleurs, dansers en slangenmensen naar een sprookjesachtig decor geleid.
De hoogtepunten van de avond:
- artistieke voorstellingen: dans en acrobatiek in een mysterieuze sfeer
- interactieve wetenschapsshow Show Me The Moon: 3 boeiende sessies om de wetenschappelijke mysteries van de maan te ontdekken

De verovering van de maan
Back to the Moon, de nieuwe meeslepende tentoonstelling van het Euro Space Center, neemt je mee op een fascinerende reis naar het hart van de maanverkenning. Tussen een terugblik op de grote historische missies en de ontdekking van toekomstige ambities belicht de tentoonstelling de evolutie van de verovering van de maan. Via een interactieve en zintuiglijke scenografie verkennen bezoekers de geologie van de maan, ruimtetechnologieën, wetenschappelijke uitdagingen, maar ook de invloed van de maan op de populaire cultuur – van film tot muziek. Deze unieke reis maakt bezoekers bewust van de uitdagingen van toekomstige bemande missies en maakt de ruimte toegankelijk voor iedereen door complexe onderwerpen op een speelse en boeiende manier uit te leggen.
Back to the Moon is ontworpen voor een totale onderdompeling en prikkelt alle vijf de zintuigen: je kunt een 3D-replica van de maanbodem aanraken, de geur ervan ruiken volgens de verhalen van astronauten, geluiden beluisteren die geïnspireerd zijn door de ruimte of iconische voorwerpen vasthouden. Deze zintuiglijke en leerzame ervaring illustreert het streven van het Euro Space Center om te innoveren en de nieuwsgierigheid van het grote publiek te prikkelen.
