All museums are quiet? Not the Musée L in Louvain-la-Neuve, where the exhibits never stop talking to each other! Here you'll find a Buddha next to a medieval Christ and ancient writings alongside calculators, ...

Boasting a vast collection of 20,000 items, the Musée L ventures into a world of unusual encounters to explore the world and humanity. And works of art aren't the only things on display: the museum also presents scientific collections from the Louvain Catholic University.

Set inside one of Belgium's foremost contemporary architectural landmarks, the museum's 2,600 m² exhibition space showcases natural history specimens, archaeological finds, ethnographic objects and scientific inventions.
Museum L is a museum apart: a place for meeting and sharing dedicated to exciting and moving discoveries.

A museum for everyone... Permanent and temporary exhibitions. Three labs for testing engraving, sculpting and colour techniques. A little natural history cabinet. Guided tours, creative workshops and courses. After work events, talks, concerts and open evening. Family days and birthday parties... Relaxation and comfort areas.
