Superb 17th century castle, built on a rock peak.
Inside the castle each of the twenty or so rooms open to the public is richly decorated and furnished. You can particularly admire the splendid ceilings - works of the stucco artist Jean-Christian Hansche - sculptures, paintings, Brussels tapestries, 18th century furniture and the full-size reproduction of the water wheel built in 1667 by Rennequin Sualem (1667) which was used as the model for the machine at Marly.
Cafeteria in the basement.
